• Up to 10 key pages (website pages, PDFs, or marketing collateral)

• Identification of any claims that could be misleading, vague, or unsupported, which do not comply with Bill C-59 anti-greenwashing rules

2. Greenwashing Memo

• Each claim rated Low / Medium / High risk

• Guidance on revising or removing risky statements and rationale

• Ready-to-use language to correct or clarify up to 10 risky claims

• Prioritized recommendations to address remaining claims and maintain compliance

3. Consultation Calls

• 30 min kick-off call to review scope

• 60 min call to discuss medium and high-risk claims

• 30-minute wrap-up call to go over findings and next steps​​
