As a purpose-driven consultancy, it's important to us to give back to our community.  That's why 2.5% of our net revenue will be donated annually to our affiliated foundation, Climate Impact Fund.  Since 2019, Climate Impact has funded local community climate literacy and sustainability initiatives.  We have supported The Riverwood Conservancy, The Peel Environmental Youth Alliance, the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources, and Learning for a Sustainable Future to name a few. This year, Climate Impact is supporting a study on hybrid air source heat pumps. Learn more about these systems here

In addition, Carol was delighted to serve as a mentor to the Women4Climate TO Programme in 2022.  Learn more here about how this program empowers women to develop and lead sustainable businesses and initiatives.

Carol also served as a community climate outreach leader for the City of Mississauga for several years and organized and moderated a Mississauga virtual town hall for a green and just recovery in 2020.

We are currently pleased to be participating in a U of T study focused on better understanding the urban heat island effect and health outcomes for vulnerable populations in the GTA.  Learn more here
